In the case that you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, you will be charged a 50% fee of your scheduled service. If you no show your appointment, you will be charged a 100% fee of your scheduled service. This does not apply for emergencies. If you reschedule or cancel an appointment 2 times or more, a 100% deposit will be required to book. In the case you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, the deposit is non refundable. If you reschedule or cancel 3-7 days prior to your appointment, only 50% of the deposit is refundable. If you follow through with your appointment, the deposit will go towards your service. This does not include extra product that may be used to achieve your goals. Thank you all for your understanding!
